Rett Nicolai, DPT, OMT, FAAOMPT

Rett is skilled in treatment for all musculoskeletal conditions including lower extremity injuries, shoulder, low back and neck injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation. He graduated from the University of Washington with his graduate focus on gait mechanics and analysis. Since then, Rett has furthered his studies with specialties in Orthopedic Manual Therapy. He emphasizes individual rehabilitation programs for recreation and competitive athletes as well as desk jockeys and the less active individual. He often incorporates yoga, balance training, and dynamic abilities in restoring patients to their previous levels of function.

Getting his patients back on track and providing guidance for future improvements demonstrates his enthusiasm for runners and walkers, from marathoners to those walking one mile. Since working at a local running store, he gained knowledge of various shoes that he combines with your gait mechanics to successfully fit the appropriate shoe for running, walking, or work.

Personal interests include marathons, kayaking, hiking, snowshoeing, and cooking (and eating).
