Christine S. Taylor, PT, OMT

After completing her physical therapy program in the Netherlands, Christine continued her training in manual therapy, advancing through the North American Institute of Manual Therapy (NAIOMT) program. She incorporates her manual therapy specialization with dynamic and functional exercise training to help patients recover and reach their goals. Utilizing kinetic chain concepts, biomechanics and core stabilization are key elements in the treatment program Christine caters to each individual's needs. Christine enjoys working with a variety of patients, treating post surgical, pre/post partum, orthopedics, return to work or sport, core strengthening and stabilization, women's health concerns, and musculo-skeletal injury.

She has worked in a variety of physical therapy settings in the area and has written articles for a local health club magazine . She is involved in community events and has donated her time for the Avon Breast Cancer 3-Day Walk and at Evergreen Hospital, teaching post partum body care.

Education:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Biopsychology at the University of California, Santa Barbara (1995)
  • Bachelor of Science from the Physiotherapy program at Hanzehogeschool van Groningen in the Netherlands (1999)
