Anne Healzer, DPT, OMT
Anne specializes in orthopedic manual therapy and is experienced in treating musculoskeletal injuries including spine and extremities. Anne and the Fremont clinic evaluate and treat a wide range of injuries including post surgical cases, complex spine injuries, and injuries related to sport activities. While at the University of Washington Anne completed research in chronic ankle sprain injuries and the role of balance and proprioceptive training for further injury reduction. She has continued her post-graduate training through the Ola Grimsby Institute gaining her certification as an orthopedic manual therapist.
Anne enjoys skiing in her off time and is a Level II certified instructor. She enjoys blending her skills as a physical therapist and ski instructor in the clinic and on the hill.
She has experience in return to sport rehabilitation treating master and professional level athletes in sports such as telemark skiing and rowing. She has enjoyed presenting ski and snowboard specific exercise information to the PSIA-NW tech team and her
ski school.
Personal interests include alpine and telemark skiing, and surfing in the summer.
